Hi everyone

Quick question, i am on ESA cont based in support group for last few years, have only ever attended one f2f, reviews paper based and continued to be in SG then had 2 year deferral, review recommended November 2016, i suffer with Severe IBS, Fibromyalgia and depression, i have fantastic support from my specialists who for the last few years have continued to try everything to help me, i see them every 4 - 6 months, i have recently seen them all, and now several medication changes are in the offing again, my conditions, how my life is affected by the conditions and all of the medical changes are documented in the letters i have received following my recent appointment, question;

Should i send all of these recent letters to the DWP (even though i have had no contact from them) just to continue to support my ESA claim, or: should i just keep them and when? they contact me for a review which i know can be at any time send them with completed ESA50 ?? Don't want to open a can of worms especially now with indefinite DLA claimants being transferred to PIP is rolled out across the country I may have to face that process next!!.

As ever thanks for your help, fab mods

Best Wishes
Sweetheart

As you are already receiving the highest rate of ESA you are only required to notify the DWP of an improvement in your limitations, if your conditions remain stable or have deteriorated then you do not need to inform them.
