PIP Assessments

I have made a complaint both to ATOS and DWP as not once was I asked how my day to day living was like. She basically just went through my medications and asked if they were helping. It was evident that she did not believe that I never go out on my own due to anxiety. I was very distressed and she rang me when I got home to make sure I was okay and to let me know she had found the missing MRI scan report.
