Esa stop all my money because I didn't go medical
As health panic attacks ect have left me no money 4. Weeks I did call medical place to say I coundnt go is that right they are aloud to leave u without money me and my children have nothing

They will only close your claim if you have missed two appointments, you only mention one, have you missed two?
If you have missed two then I am afraid the DWP are entitled to close your claim, they should have written to you for an explanation of why you failed to attend the second appointment.
You can appeal the Decision, but I'm afraid you will not be paid while you do this, you only option for benefits are Income Support if you area a lone parent with a child under five or Job Seekers Allowance. You can make a new claim for ESA immediately, but you will not be paid until six months have elapsed from the Decision closing your claim or until you attend an assessment.
If you want to challenge the Decision then have a look at our ESA Appeal guide, you will first need to request a Mandatory Reconsideration and will need to supply Good Cause for you failing to attend.
