DLA transfer to PIP was created by Fluffy fairy queen

Hello
Is therapy examples of how to fill in pip claim forms especially the planning a route section? I find it confussing.
I never go out due to illness but I could probably plan a route but never go on it..
The questions are almost trick ones !
