I've been turned down for the 2nd time for P.I.P. 2nd time i did application my conditions are worse this time. I sent a letter to them on 25th august and not heard anything. Is there solicitor that can help me??

A solicitor may not be your best choice as they rarely have knowledge of benefit law and of course you have to pay for their services, I would start by doing an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.
