pip tribunal was created by dennygilly
Hi l am waiting for appeal date for pip .I called them today and they said I should hear about date at the beginning of next month.
I was awarded lower rate mobility but no care.
Since requesting appeal I was sucessfull appealing esa and am now in support group due to mobilty.Should I let them know about esa appeal or wait and include it in my submission.Dwp are out of time in responding.

The Tribunal will not make any Decision on your claim before the hearing, so include the information with your submission.

Being placed in the Support Group does not in itself mean that you would qualify for PIP, so you will need to relate the reasons why you are in the SG to the PIP Activities.
