Hi People, just wanted some advice, DWP, have said I can use, the information, I used on DLA,claim, when applying, for PIP, I didn't think I could do this ? but the question is, should I.

It's something that only you can decide on.

The criteria for PIP and DLA are very different, DLA considered your care needs, PIP looks at your ability to perform a range of activities with or without support, so how applicable is the evidence to PIP.

If your DLA evidence is old then it will carry less weight than up to date information unless you can show that your conditions can only deteriorate or have not changed,

Is there anything negative in your DLA evidence, if there is then you might not want to present it?
