Is this right was created by Samra
I have told ESA that I'm going for spiritual healing the lady said she will send out a form and when we get back fill it in is this right ? I've heard of filling form in and sending it back before you go but not this one

This is because you have said your are going for treatment, the DWP need to decide whether this is the case or not.

This is because you have said your are going for treatment, the DWP need to decide whether this is the case or not.
