Hi,
This is the 3rd post that you have made in separate topics !
Can you please keep all your queries to the one topic.
You can do this by using the "Reply Topic" button at the bottom of the last post.
As Gordon advised there is an :
"Understanding Employment and Support Allowance. Our 42 page introductory guide to ESA." 3rd link from the bottom, and a : "Being transferred from incapacity benefit to employment and support allowance. A 22 page guide to the transfer process." at the top, of : This Page.
Most of your queries will be answered by reading through the ESA Guides, above.
I would be careful about taking advice from Yourable, it is simply a "chat forum" !!
Entry to the WRAG is points based, where you must score a minimum of 15 points cumulatively across any of : The Functional WRAG (LCW)Schedule 2 Descriptors
e.g. You do not necessarily have to score the 15 points on one Activity.
You could score 9 under one Activity and 6 under another, or you could score 6, 6, and 3 under 3 separate WRAG Activities, etc, etc.
Or, if you cannot score 15 points in the above Activities/Descriptors, you can be placed into The WRAG via : ESA Reg 29 for entry to The WRAG (LCW)
PLUS Post 28/01/13 Amendment of :
(3) Paragraph (2)(b) does not apply where the risk could be reduced by a significant amount by—
(a)reasonable adjustments being made in the claimant’s workplace;
or
(b)the claimant taking medication to manage the claimant’s condition where such medication has been prescribed for the claimant by a registered medical practitioner treating the claimant.”.

Entry to The Support Group (SG) is not points based, (Even though some but not all of The WRAG Descriptors that score the maximum 15 points correspond to some of the SG Descriptors) and you only have to fulfil one of : The Functional SG (LCWRA)Schedule 3 Descriptors to be placed into The SG.
Or, you can gain entry to The SG under : ESA Reg 35 for entry to The SG (LCWRA)

As you are being transferred from IB with IS top-ups to ESA, you may also want to read through our : IB, IS, SDA, Migration to ESA FAQ’s
Our ESA Self Test is only to give you an idea of your potential entitlement to ESA and which of The ESA Descriptors you may qualify under.
