Request for information risk?

1 to DLA in warbeck house
1 to the mail handling site on my ESA form
I'm a bit worried I've screwed up - while I've sent it to the mail handling address on my ESA letter, the benefits office that was wrote on the form is my local JCP, where the claim started, will this be okay?
Hopefully who ever picks them up, doesn't result in any problems but I feel I need the info.
Will I get a large envelope of documents? - going back 20 year?
I might have ticked boxes for benefits that I never received, will this be okay too?
Cheers

Hi JCP,
If you addressed the request as advised "FAO : The Data Controller, etc, etc, it should arrive at the correct department.
Yes, documents received as the result of a SAR can amount to a substantial bundle and are generally delivered to you recorded, signed for !
It is hard to say how far back the documentation will cover, ticking all boxes should not cause problems as they can only provide what they have on you.

Are the requests common?
Sorry for the questions!

Answering both your posts :
In that case, your SAR should arrive at The Data Control Department, as desired !
DWP Data Control Departments are regional, so your address and Postcode should ensure it is diverted to the correct department.
Yes, they are now very, very common !!
Many, many of our members have made such requests !

Back with the specialist next week as well, assessing my condition as it is now.
Went to the GP today, they want £150 for all medical records including what they call manual ones.
Computerised records are £10.
Do you think I should get just the electronic ones?
Don't fancy paying much more
