What if

This week I saw a neighbour who told me they needed someone to do voluntary work in the office. Stupidly because I wasn't very lucid I said I'd do it. Both my husband and CPN strongly disagree and my husband went to see the neighbour. I have not done any work.
My neighbours do not know I'm on benefits or that I have an illness as I never see them.
Do you think ESA will get to hear of this? I've been really stupid I know.

Hi m,
If you have stopped very quickly, I wouldn't worry !
The odds on DWP ever finding out are very remote !

If you have not done any work for your neighbour then there is nothing for DWP to hear about!
Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
