Sorry if this is a repeat question/stupid question or something that I should have found in the guides but I am new to this site and like everyone, when it happens, new to the appeals system. I submitted a statement pointing out all the inaccuracies/omissions in the HP report of my PIP assessment and asked for a MR. I got the same result back 5 points for daily living +4 points mobility. I am intending to appeal as I have nothing to lose! My question is do I repeat and send in my (7page) objection that I sent for a MR as reasons for appeal or as the appeal staff will get a copy of that anyway, do I have to come up with a new document? The statement that I sent was similar to your sample written submission in your guide and covered all the points I disagreed with and was submitted to DWP with a carer's statement and other hospital documents. I don't know what else to add.
There is no specific requirement to make a submission to the Tribunal Service, but it is a final opportunity for you to consolidate your reasons as to why you meet the criteria and depending on what you submitted as part of the MR, to perhaps go into more detail.
