I have just received my PIP claim pack. It is dated 10 days ago, but they still want me to complete the form 4 weeks from the date of the letter. The date they want the forms back by is a Sunday, so in effect I have a total of 12 days shaved off my time to complete the form. Can I challenge this?

I'm afraid not, but you can contact the PIP department for an extension.
Whether you get an extension or not, you need to make sure that your form is returned to the DWP by the required date or you risk having your claim closed.
Our PIP Claim guide is on the following link and can help you complete the form.
