PIP APPEAL was created by robert taylor
Well, well, well I had my appeal for PIP today at 3 pm,I was made to wait until 3.30pm then told the hearing would not be going ahead today as the DWP had not sent out any documents to me requesting my medical records or the reasons for their first decision.
I now will have to wait at least another 6weeks for a further date.
If I had done the same thing my appeal would have been thrown out and denied.
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
TO SAY I WAS ANGRY WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT
