It's up to you, as a Carer you should be excused Work Related Activity but you will be required to attend Work Focussed Interviews at a frequency determined by your local JC+, you will also be subject to regular re-assessment.

Also, if the Decision that you appealed was two years ago, then there is a strong likelihood that you would be re-assessed for ESA.
