Last September I started the appeal process for my benefits review from May it culminated in my having to go to tribunal, couldn't attend the first one pressure got too much after a lot of angst and paperwork, I had the appeal hearing on Thursday last week, I attended with my sister and sister in law for support, it was extremely tough but had the letter on Friday to say that I had succeeded and was put into the support group, it is a huge relief it's been 2 years from start to finish, I've yet to hear from DWP but hope that will be next week.
Although I found your site to late for the start of my appeal etc, the information is very thorough.
Thanks very much, I will use your services in the future I'm sure.

Congratulations on the award.
It usually takes the DWP about 6-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, you might want to contact them next week to confirm that they have received their copy of the Decision Notice.
