Dwp losing tribunal paperwork was created by Robert john harlow
:( not happy today contacted DWP for the second time after winning my full mobility tribunal case on 25/06/15. Got my documents on the following Monday Secretary of State decision set aside in regard to daily living component award of 7 points upheld. In regard to mobility 16 points ( 12 following and planning journeys and 4 points moving around )

Three weeks after tribunal I called DWP to see if they had got their copy of the judgement I was told no not on system. I called tribunal office to be told judgement is e-mailed to DWP direct before my own copy sent out in post. I requested they resend to DWP which they are unable to do unless requested directly by the account holder at the DWP. I recalled the DWP helpline and informed them of the need to reapply for the e-mail.
Forward three weeks this is now five to six weeks after the original judgement and DWP still have no record of judgement a record on the system of my previous calls and an e-mail follow up request. They also stated they had 28 days from logging of their paperwork to dispute the claim to a higher tribunal.
This I informed them I believe is incorrect it read 28 days from original tribunal date except on exceptional grounds. Having my carer talk to the tribunal staff again I my behalf as I was to upset and annoyed to speak without swearing they notified her that they will log the tribunal as a missing case for the DWP to follow up as it has still not cleared the tribunals record.
I have now been fighting this for 16 months so much for the DWP claim of 16 weeks from return of the "how your disability affects you form" the whole system is to them a glorified joke
Have any other members had the same problems or am I all alone in this ???

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

The simplest and quickest solution is to send the DWP a copy of your Decision Notice, although you will need to find out where to send it.

If you can scan the document to your computer then you should be able email it the DWP, failing that fax it, many stationers and Post Offices offer this service, or send it through the post.
