Missing deadline

Hi,

I am going to be late sending in my questionnaire for ESA ;/. Been quite low recently and lack motivation for anything.

Has the questionnaire to be inside the building by the deadline? As I might be able to get it done and posted a day before the deadline.

Hi C123,

The ESA50 should be delivered to the postal address provided by close of business on the deadline day.

Even if you have not quite finished it, I would advise that you ensure that it is posted to arrive by the above.

You could make a note of the return address, and write a covering letter stating that as you have not finished the ESA50, you will be forwarding further information to them ASAP.

Then when you have compiled the extra information you can post that to the same address with another covering letter explaining that you wish the extra information to be taken into account along with the ESA50 that you had previously sent.

If you post it before noon on the day before the deadline date by Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, it should get there.

Once it has been signed for at the delivery address, you have fulfilled your obligation.

If there are any particular pages of The ESA50 that you can't finish, make a note of them.

You can then print off the applicable pages from The Pdf ESA50 and post them on as advised above.

Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire

Sending Documents to the DWP, ATOS, Capita or Maximus.

Failure to return your ESA50 by the deadline date can cause problems with your ESA payments which are not always easy to resolve.
