Esa assessment phase.

Hi to everyone,
If I apply for esa which I will be doING do I receive the assessment rate until a decision is made or is it all back dated, unless unsuccessful?

From what you have written there, it is not a straightforward issue, in that a fresh ESA Claim may not necessarily result in entitlement to payment of any IR ESA or CB ESA payments.

Please read Gordon's response, then pose any other queries that you may have by replying to this topic.
