ESA renewal form

Hi there, i've not needed any advice for the last 2 years (but kept up with my membership) from your wonderful selves because in June 2013 I was awarded ESA Support for years. My time was 'up' at the beginning of June this year but i've not heard anything from them. I am still receiving my payments. Do you know if they are late in sending out the forms?

There was such a backlog of ESA claims that DWP have suspended reassessments in many areas. This has resulted in claimants going for much longer then expected without contact. Your ESA will remain in payment until/unless e decision is made otherwise, you do not have to contact DWP about it. However, if you wish to fond out when to expect the forms to drop onto your mat, the only way you can do this is to phone DWP and ask.

Meanwhile, you might find it useful to keep the PDF version of the ESA50 up to date so that the reassessment process is easier when the time does arrive.
