Hi there
DLA renewal
What happens if your application for renewal of DLA shows that you have 2 new illnesses but you did not report this as a change, believing that it is only an improvement in your health that needs to be notified? Does the DM know what illnesses you originally had?
Thank you for your help.

Hi R,
Just read your previous posts : Here.
The DM will not be interested in any deterioration in one's condition which may have resulted in a "Higher" award not being reported as a Change of Circumstances ( C of C) earlier.
After all, this has potential saved the DWP money.
As you rightly state, there is far more chance of them being bothered if a C of C regarding an improvement in one's condition which may have resulted in a lesser or no DLA award was not reported at the time.
So, I wouldn't worry.

My health has severely deteriorated but as I was in receipt of both high rate components for care and mobility and would not receive any higher awards I didn't bother.
