I recently went for my pip assessment and was refused the standard mobility but was successful on the standard care. I did score 4 points on the mobility but the failed the descriptor about planning a journey. I have fibromyalgia and and anxiety disorder coupled with asthma. Atos were not truthful about what I said I the assessment - I explained it would cause my overwhelming anxiety to plan anything and go on my own - I just could not do it, I applied for mandatory reconsideration which was rejected so now I have to go to a tribuneral - I do not know what I have to do can somebody help me please

Hi J,
I am sorry to hear that your PIP MR Request was unsuccessful !

If you have received The MR Notice letter informing you that the DWP will not change the adverse decision, you have one month from the date of The MR Notice letter to lodge an appeal directly with The Tribunal Service using a copy of the MR Notice and : The SSCS 1 Form.
Sending Documents to The Tribunals Service.
Further information on how to do this is included from Page 11 onwards of our : "Guide to PIP appeals"
