£30 Christmas bonus ho ho ho

Hi I have also received the whopping sum of £10 into my bank account from ESA. I got a letter 3 days after to say it was a xmas bonus but I have never had any bonus at all, but they only paid me for one xmas and not the past 4 - 5 while receiving CB ESA SG.

I contacted DWP today re Christmas Bonus for my husband and they informed me that although the letter states from 2009/2014 it does not in fact mean this time period. But in fact can mean you have only missed one Christmas bonus or maybe more.
As to the letter stating it will be in the bank within three working days this is also incorrect as these have to be checked and if any payments have been missed they will eventually be credited to bank account.
So it is a case of just wait and see.
