I am so angry. Pip have just called me at 7:10 PM to tell me they can't come to appt at 9am tomorrow??? How are they allowed to do this less than 12 hours before? I am so upset cos I had really geared myself up to this visit. It's just a waiting game and they really don't care. I have now been put back on the waiting list. General election over now is it so back to not caring.

I'm afraid it is a reasonably common occurrence, I doubt you can make a successful complaint if this is the first cancellation but if it is not then you can complain to the Assessment Provider. ATOS complaints
