I know you can only claim DLA over 65 if you were already entitled. But if someone's mobility needs increase after 65 can they have their award increased?

You cannot make a new or increased claim for Mobility after the age of 65 unless you can show that the claimant met the criteria for that award before they were 65, this will undoubtedly require detailed medical evidence to support the claim.
