I am reading of people still getting DLA indefenatly and getting exited but surly they will still have to apply for pip after October.

Hi m,

Yes, all current DLA recipients with indefinite awards who were under 65 years old on 08/04/13 will be invited to claim PIP at random in the two year period running from October 2015 to October 2017, if the DWP can cope with the workload involved and do not develop backlogs, as was the case with ESA.
