Hi my daughter has Endometriosis and is in constant pain. I attended an appeal on her behalf it was disallowed is there anyone else on this sight with this condition or something similar that can give me some advise before I appeal to Upper Tribunal on her behalf

I'm sorry to hear that your daughters appeal was unsuceesful.
Hopefully some of our members will respond to your specific question.
In regard your appealing to the Upper Tribunal, you can only do this because you believe there has been am Error of Law, not because you disagree with the Decision. See
What is an Error of Law?
and the following factsheet

The first stage to an appeal is to request the Statement of Reasons from the Judge.
Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons
Appeals to the UTT can easily take a year, so you might want to give some thought to making a new claim for PIP, however, you should be aware that any new Decision would limit any award that resulted from an appeal.
I can see that you are a long term member of B&W and so I assume you used our guides for your daughters claim, but if there is anything that you need more information or clarification for, then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help you.
