Welcome to the forum.

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

A Direction is issued by the Tribunal when they need one of the two parties to the appeal, or a third party such as a GP to provide further information or to carry out some action.

Both parties, your husband and the DWP will receive a copy of the Notice, so the first thing you need to establish is who the Notice was intended for, if it is the DWP then you don't need to do anything unless you disagree with what the court has asked. If it is for you then without further details we can't advice.
