PIP medical report with false staements on it was created by chrisskin
Please can anyone urgently help me. I think I may need a moderators help! I don`t know whether to send my concerns on the report now before I get a letter or wait and then appeal as on a lot of things I got zero points.
I had to attend a PIP medical despite sending mountains of evidence in consultants reports etc. Luckily thanks to this site I asked for a copy of my report and took a friend in with me.
I suffer from a number of complaints including Myotonia, Fibromyalgia and O/A
all over along with Insomnia, Anxiety and depression.
I have received a copy of my report but there are several discrepancies. THe nurse who made the assesment marked NORMAL RAPPOR when (as I am always doing) several times I forgot what I was saying and in one instance she had to prompt me with what she`d asked me.
Asked to put my hands behind my back she said I put them up my back when I only got them to the bottom. She also said that I could put my hands on my head when I only got as far as the bottom of my ears. She marked that I could walk 20-50 meters which was fair enough but for some reason said I could do it time and time again. The list goes on.
The end result on her marking the form means that I will no doubt only be given the standard rate on both parts where as I have been getting the higher rate.
Thank you for your help.
Kind regards

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Chris
I can only assume that in releasing the report before a Decision is made that the DWP are inviting claimants to comment, although there is no specific timescale for you to do so and a Decision may still be made before any letter reaches the DM.
If you think that the issues in the report are significant and relevant to your claim, then you should certainly think about raising them with the DM, but as I indicated above, you do not have much time to do so.

Im glad a report has been released before the decision is made, I fought tooth and nail for this, both the dwp and GMC and government fought against me.
