Hello Is it worth mentioning on DLA reassessment form that I was placed in SG of ESA because of Exceptional Circumstances Regs. Also in light of your comments on one of your guides that previous claim forms are likely to have been shredded after 14 months is it also worth mentioning my previous DLA award categories (I.E. low rate mob and middle rate care)? Kind regards
Yes, it is worth saying that you got into the ESA Support Group because of the exceptional circumstances regulations, especially if you can link that to any of your care/mobility needs. It is also worth saying what your current award is (and why, if you know that) as the medical assessor probably will not have access to your previous paperwork.
