Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
I'm afraid while you are in the WRAG your JC+ advisor can ask you to perform a range of Work Related Activity, some things may be voluntary but others will be mandatory and if this is the case then you risk your benefit being sanctioned if you do not comply.
There is a guide to ESA sanctions and how to avoid then in the ESA section of the Members area. See
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/esa1
Any activity that you are asked to do must take into account the limitations that result from your conditions, if you feel that this is not happening then you should talk to your JC+ advisor, if they still do not take these into account then you can escalate the issue to their supervisor.
If you are feel intimidated by your advisor then you can take someone with you the appointments.
If you have any specific questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help you.

If a claim is being managed by JC+ then WFIs will normally be held at your local office, they may ask a claimant to carry out training in which case it will depend on the arrangement they have with the provider as to whether it is done at the JC+ or some other location.
If the claimant has been forwarded to the Work Programme then meetings will be at the WP providers offices.
