Thanks

We had also just got CAB involved and they were preparing to help us with the new Tribunal date. I have dropped them a copy of the revision letter. requested any advice and guidance in preparation for the obvious new IB- ESA conversion. I ask the same of B&W is there any direct link to any of the half dozen you mention above and how successful they were in the end?

As the DWP have unmade the original Decision to move her to ESA I would not now expect there to be a Tribunal as there is no longer a Decision in dispute, unless I have missed something from your posts.

I'm afraid I can't track the topics in question.

There's no reason to assume that this transfer will be done any different from the norm, your wife will receive a new ESA50 which she needs to complete in detail and provide evidence in support of as she has available, I think it likely that she will have a face to face assessment and then a Decision will be made.

The process is outlined in the ESA guides as is the criteria that she will be assessed against. As the CAB are helping you I would expect them to be completing the ESA50 but you may still want to review what is being written.

Our ESA guides are on the following link
