DLA Reassessment queries

The form I downloaded is PDF and I am wondering if DLA renewal form will also be PDF or will it have to be completed by pen?

The DLA forms will be a paper form, but there should be no problem with you completing an electronic copy instead, however, you will need to print it out as the DWP will not accept it as a PDF.

Alternatively you can present your answers on separate sheets with link to and from the form, make sure each page has your full name and NI number and that you use some sort of page numbering such as "page X of Y". You can then attach the additional pages to the DLA form that you have completed the basic information on.

Yes you can, but you need to be aware that it will only have weight if the reasons that you are in the Support Group correspond with the PIP criteria.
