Dirty deeds done cheap

Hi I has a face to face last week based on an ESA50 form i filled in ,in 2013 . The excuse i was given for beingh summoned for a face to face was that i filled in an incapacity benefit form in 2006 and 2008 i have also filled in 3 further ESA50 forms and was put in the support group of ESA just off the form and given ICB on the ICB form alone with no medical . They had already placed me in the support group for all3 of my ESA50 forms !! When i phoned up about this they tried to tell me that they had nothad the one in 2011 or 2013 but only the one from 2010 . However i always send the forms back by special delivery and when i gave them the tracking numbers and told them i would glady send the delivery confirmation which i took as a screen shot ..The miraculously found the 2 missing ESA50 forms which they had never received . They then went on to tell me that no decision had been made regarding the 2013 form but i had the letter in my hand from stating the date i had filled in the form etc and that i had been placed in the support group . They had booked me in for a Face to face in march i told them i could not come at i was moving house that day and was told " You are only moving house to avoid going for the face to face assessment and if you move house I WILL STOP YOUr BENEFITS "
I rearranged to Face to face andf got on to my MP about the threat to stop my benefit and he contacted the DWP and they said it was a misunderstanding on my behalf ,which it was not . To which i said that they record all telephone calls don't they we tell them to let us hear exactly what was said . Amazingly my recording had been either lost or deleted.
Up to prees Atos now Maximus have sent me 3 ESA50 forms all of which contained the letter telling me i had to fill it in but the only problem was there was no ESA 50 enclosed with the letter . The 1st 2 i had to go to the library and pay to have them printed out as when requested they would not send another 1 out . The 3rd one i got my MP to contact them and 2 forms arrived the next day . I have not got the results of my face to face yet but i will probably get put in JSA or wrag as there will be a load of sour grapes on their part as i have set my MP on them on a fewoccaisiojns Yours Faithfull
