ESA Tribunal and How DLA Process Decisions was created by Liz Jeffries

I won my appeal to go from the WRAG to the Support Group at a tribunal on February 28th. To date, the DWP have still not processed it and recalculated my benefit, and paid me Back Pay. It went onto their systems on 4th March but when I called today I was told that it was still not processed.

Have others experienced similar delays?

We would expect the DWP to take 5-8 week to process a Tribunal Decision, so it may still be a couple of weeks.
