Appeal hearing

Yes I did make a complaint about the manner in which I felt the previous judge had questioned me. I was told that as it was a very unusual case, it required 'robust questioning'. I was left with the impression that my complaint wasn't going to go anywhere so I just decided to leave it, hoping that my complaint would mean I didn't get the same judge, which I didn't. The case today was heard by a district judge, who certainly seemed fair.
