Sorry for asking questions again. As you are aware I was changed over from Incap benefit to the wrag in Oct 2014 I thought I should have been in the SG and took your advice on the MR,which you know I won last month. I got a letter from the someone to say I don't need to attend interviews re work etc unless I want to,I also got a letter to say I am in the SG,but my weekly money never changed nor did I get any money back I thought they owed me
.
Perhaps I am wrong and they don't owe me anything or the weeky amount maybe does not go up it is £135 a week for me as I am married.
Did I also read on here that a person can ask for the reason they put me in the SG in writing,if so would it be better having it in writing for the time ahead when a person has to renew,as my conditions will not improve sadly ,just have to live with them.
Thank you for all your help.

It sounds as if you are receiving a Transitional Payment, the rules for the transfer require the DWP to make up any short fall so that the claimant would receive the same or more on ESA than they were receiving on IB. If you are receiving £135 per week then this is far in excess of the weekly amount for an ESA(CB) SG award (about £108).
However it worth your doing a quick benefit check to see whether you would be eligible for an Income Related top-up to your ESA(CB).
www.gov.uk/benefits-calculators
If you are then I would expect you to be eligible to a higher payment. ESA(IR) is will dependant on your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See
Asset rule for ESA(IR)
24 hour work rule for ESA(IR)
If you think that you are then you should contact the DWP and ask for an ESA3 to be sent, the form will allow the DWP to whether you are or not.
You can request a copy of the assessment report, just ask for your ESA85 if you had a face to face, or the ESA85A if you did not, there should also be an LT54 that the DM completed. You can make the request over the phone but I would follow it up in writing.

Hi was on the phone to the DWP,what I used to get was IB £145.28
Tax Credit £116.06
Income Support £50.43
What I get now ESA IR £135.00
Tax Credit £116.06
My wife gets careers allowance for our young child on DLA this careers allowance is now treated as income so that's why my money is £60.28 down a week.
Mustt have been another brain wave from the PM at No 10 to stick the boot into the people who look after sick/disabled people 24hrs a day.
