rule 29 & 35 before WCA but after esa50

I was wondering about this myself. The black triangle letter for your gp looks like it could solve my difficulties, with its particular interpretation( shared as it is with DPAC and various bloggers) of " substantial risk" but it is not an interpretation shared with B & W.
Nor have any welfare advisors I have known personally agreed with it, at the CAB or elsewhere.

You need to be aware that you can only re-arrange an assessment once, so if you do this you must attend the next appointment, they will not allow a second re-arrangement even if you are sick on the day.

Hmm I don't like the last one only as I seem to be ill a lot.

However I can only get ESA50 help less than 24hrs before my WCA plus if I delay I may get someone useful to come along with me. Also still need to see Dr about taxi.

I've not asked about recording my WCA which I'm starting to think is a good idea.

If I ask for it to be recorded & this results in a delay will this count as my one reschedule?

As time is short I would have to phone them Thur to ask if this has resulted in a reschedule and if not can I just then reschedule on the phone?

I'm not thrilled about rescheduling as this is really stressing me but could hopefully lump it for a month or so as I would be it a much better position for it.

It looks interesting and there is this special circumstances thing. But its a level of complexity to much for me at the moment. Will look into it more at appeal.

Sent off recording letters but forgot to put address & date on but did put name & NI on so I hope this is OK.

I will phone Thur to see what is happening.
