Call from capita

I received a phone call today from Capita, one day after receiving my face to face assessment date letter. I was asked around 5/6 questions regarding my day to day activities. After the questions he stated he would now be taking my answers up to the person who would be taking my f2f assessment. He said to bring iD with me when I attend and wished me good luck..Is it normal to call before an assessment and has anyone else experienced this?

We have heard from several other members who have received such a phone call as a pre-cursor to the F2F Assessment.

The phone call should make no difference to the format of the F2F.
