ESA reassessment cancelled

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, I had an ESA Reassessment appointment date from ATOS for this month but I did not receive a ESA50 form to fill in with the letter, I sent in up to date information to both DWP and ATOS which would have got to them two days before hand, when I got to the assessment centre I was told that my name was not on the daily appointment sheet and that my appointment had been cancelled. The man in front of me was also told the same thing.

Hi PO,
Unfortunately, this has happened to many claimants, mainly because ATOS tend to double and triple book appointment slots.
Maximus (CHDA) took over Medical Services for The ESA WCA from ATOS on 02/03/15 :
The Centre for Health and Disability Assessments Limited.(CHDA) (Maximus)

Also still finding it a strange policy that there was no ESA50 form sent out with the last appointment? The woman in the reassessment centre said there was nothing on the system saying I would be called up again soon but I do not trust those people, they just want you to go away quietly without a fuss.
ESA50s are not sent out with the appointment letters, they should be sent out at least four week and usually a lot longer in advance of any face to face to appointment.
If you have not had an ESA50 in regard to this appointment then there may still be time for you to complete one. See
Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire
New appointments are usually made in a week or so by letter.
