Hi s,
Although your inability to work has nothing to do with receiving a PIP Award as it is an "in work benefit" and you can work full time whilst receiving PIP, (or DLA) if you feel that The OH Report will help to show that you should receive points that you have not been awarded for the appropriate descriptors, you can send a copy of it with your submission to The Tribunal Service.

I av ongoing treatment and investigations, but it still feels to me like know one understands how much pain I am in, I am starting on pain patches and have to go for an mri scan to see whats going on, can I use this as proof at the tribunal for PIP thank you

Hi s,
Remember, as advised by Gordon, The Tribunal can only consider evidence that is pertinent to the time of the original adverse PIP Decision.
So if the OH Report was compiled after that date, you would have to show that it was applicable to the time of the adverse PIP Decision.

Thankyou for your replys, I do need help and supervision, my daughter helps with bathing and all this went into the report, only to find that the assessor said different things to what I said. I think the system is a very unfair one. But ay oh that's there rules.
