ESA MEDICAL ASSESSMENT.

Hi everyone, my first time of posting anything in all the years of using this wonderful site. I'd like to respond to the lastest e-mail where it was asking about people being called for medicals without having filled in any forms. This has happened to me, I received a letter last Wednesday saying I have to attend a face to face assessment on March 26th but I've not filled in anything since 2013. I am actually really worried now because I don't understand how they can make an assessment without any background information the forms provide when filled in.

I've belonged to this website for about five years and every time I've always been successful thanks to the wonderful advice on here and the ESA form guidelines you can download. I cannot recommend this website highly enough and I am sorry it's taken me so long to thank you.
