I've read that the automatic right to be treated as having limited capability for work, on repeat ESA claims made more than six months after being found fit for work is to be removed after 30/3/15. This is on the website for "rightsnet". Has anyone heard about this?

Seems that Maximus are changing all sorts of rules. Quite frightening as to what on earth is round the corner.

First of all this has nothing to do with Maximus, this is the result of a change to the legislation by the Government.

The change is explained briefly in the following similar post.
