Your ESA will not have ended in February, ESA is an indefinite award with regular re-assessment, however, due to the DWP pushing too many claimants through the system there are currently significant delays in the system and many re-assessments have had to be deferred, some for as long as two years. It sounds like you are caught up in this problem.
If you want to know when you are likely to be re-assessed then you need to ring the DWP, their computer system should be able to tell you when you are likely to be called on again. Doing so should not prompt an early re-assessment.

I recently mentioned on this site that I phoned the DWP and was told that it stated on my file that I would be due to be reassessed in the autumn 2016, thus confirming that in my case, there was indeed a two year deferment. I am assuming this was a DWP decision. My question is. can Maxiumus alter this deferment if I am correctly assuming it was a DWP decision?
Hi B,
It is The DWP ESA WCA Team who refer/re-refer you to Maximus for assessment/reassessment.
Maximus would then post the ESA50 to you.
Maximus cannot start this process without instigation from The DWP.

Hi F21,
Being in receipt of Income Related (IR) ESA, in either The Assessment Phase, The WRAG or The SG entitles you to free prescriptions and dental care.
This is the case if any part of your ESA is IR ESA, even if it is a top-up to your Contribution Based (CB) ESA payments.
Being in receipt of CB ESA payments only, does not entitle you to free prescriptions and dental care.
The ESA letter that you receive from The DWP which includes a breakdown of your payments should mention that you receive IR ESA if that is the case.
This can be used as proof that you receive IR ESA.
