Especially the fantastic MOD's.
This has probably been covered and apologies for asking again but i can't seem to find any answers (me not the forum).
I have been on CB esa for 5 years now in the support group due to a list of physical and mental problems, only one f2f 4 Years ago, at the moment due to the 2 year deferral i am not due to be reviewed until Dec 2016 (i know this can change), my question is what is it that i ask DWP for ESA85A???, what actually is it, is it worth asking for, can it rock the boat and "flag you up" to have an early review, is it additional support when you are actually reviewed. Many thanks.

Hi Sh,
Requesting ESA information and documentation should not trigger a reassessment before one is due.
Re-referrals are flagged up by a computer software programme.
You are then re-referred to Maximus by The ESA WCA Team.
If you are to request information and documents, this may be helpful when your reassessment eventually comes round, particularly in telling you how and why you were placed into The SG.
As you will see from : This Post, your written request would be made to The DWP Data Controller, a totally different department to The ESA WCA Team.
N.B. An ESA85A is the medical report compiled by the assessing HCP when no face to face is deemed necessary. It includes recommendations on which group you should be placed into, and should give reasons why.
If you had a face to face, it would be an ESA85 medical report.
