It is fine to go into detail regarding what you believe to be inaccurate information.
You should also try and type up a one or two page A4 submission for The PIP DM making it clear which of the descriptors you feel that your hubby should have qualified under, quoting approriate points that should have been awarded.
You can then simply cross reference how and why he should have been awarded the points by referring to other pages of evidence, and/or information that you provided within The PIP 2 Form.
The easier that you make it for the DM to read and understand, the more chance that you have of a successful MR.
As a separate issue, if you feel that the PIP Assessors Med Report was of poor quality, you can make a complaint to ATOS or Capita, dependent on who The Assessor worked for.
