ESA reassessment

My ESA85A 'Prognosis' advises that I be considered for work in 18 months ( despite the comments on my ESA85 stating 'improvement unlikely in the longer term').
That 18 months was up in September 2014 and since then I have been anxiously anticipating another ESA50 which has yet to arrive.
My first assessment entailed migration from IB to ESA and I was contacted by phone and this was followed by the ESA50. I am now wondering if my reassessment will follow the same process or will I just get ESA50 without any warning?

Hi dr,

As it will not be a "Conversion" but a reassessment, I would not expect you to receive a phone call or any other warning before receiving The ESA50.

hi dr my predicament sounds the same as yours my esa85 says the exact wording as yours 18 months prognosis improvement unlikely in the longer term I have to go to have a assessment this month and the last esa50 I filled in was in January 2014 so as you can see they do not always send a esa50 befor they send you for assessment .
