Download PIP guidance

I'm having problem trying to download the PIP guidances. Can someone please tell me how I can download them?

I have merged your duplicate queries. There will always be a time lapse between you posting and it appearing on the forum as all posts have to be read and approved by a Moderator.
In answer to your query, if your membership is still current, then you have access to all areas, and should be able to download all guides.
Try from : PIP Claims Guide. (2nd Link on page)
For Subs queries, you should contact : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
If it is not a Subs issue, and you think that it may be a technical issue, contact :

Mods have no jurisdiction over Subs or Tech problems.
You should be able to check your Subs history : Here.
Just to add, you do have to be logged in to access and download our Members Guides.
Once you have downloaded and saved them to your P.C. you can obviously access them whenever you wish.
