I realise that to receive sdp you need to living alone, but there are exceptions.
I live with my mum & she only gets her normal pension.
My sister who also lives at home receives DLA, both High rates.??
Would I get be able to get sdp? I receive ESA IR Support Group with disability premium, and receive DLA, both high rates.
Thanks in advance.

Hi srq,
I am afraid that I cannot give you a definitive answer without having access to all your personal details.
This is of course not possible on an open forum.
Have a look at the my post including information on The SDP : Here.
If you think that you may be entitled to The SDP, you have nothing to lose by contacting The DWP, and requesting that you are assessed for payment of it.
It will probably involve filling in an IS10 or an ESA 3 Form.
THE ESA PHONE NUMBER DWP : 0345 608 8545 Press Option 3 for ESA.
