I believe that the SNP have made a number of statements regarding benefits in Scotland, but at this time there has been no transfer of powers to Scotland, so it is nothing more than talk at the moment.
I am afraid you will have to wait and see as it is not simply a case of saying no to PIP, there would also be an issue of providing on-going support for DLA, which I have not heard anybody address.

I am just unsure of time frame and if DWP will be requesting moves to PIP for Scottish claimants if it will just get transferred back to DLA as the SNP if still in power will not use PIP and neither apparently will Labour ?

Hi apb,
I believe the main point regarding the query is that these powers have not yet been devolved to Scotland, and we are not yet aware of a date when they may be.
Thanks for your input, anyway !!
